Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the AI software products offered by QuantumData Consulting LLP registered office United Crossandra Horamavu, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our products

We offer browser-based AI software products, including Data Quality AI Intelligence, Data Discovery AI Intelligence and Proposal Solution AI Intelligence (the "Products"). Each Product is sold separately.

2. Your account

  • You must create an account with a valid email address, name, phone number and country to purchase or use a Product.

  • You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential. Accounts and logins must not be shared.

  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Price and payment

  • Each Product costs 20.00 USD for 30 days of access, unless a different price is shown at checkout. Applicable taxes may be added.

  • Payments are processed by our payment partners Razorpay and Cashfree (including PayPal where offered). We do not store your card details.

  • Access is not renewed automatically. To continue after your access ends, you purchase again.

4. Access period and licence

  • Your access starts when your payment is verified and lasts 30 days. The start and end dates are shown on the Product page.

  • Launch offer: for Data Quality AI Intelligence and Data Discovery AI Intelligence, the first 5 paying customers of each Product receive 5 additional evaluation days (35 days in total). The offer applies to a customer's first purchase of that Product only.

  • Each purchase allows up to 5 individually identified licensed users.

  • One active device per user at a time. If you sign in on a new device, the session on the previous device is signed out.

  • We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Product for your internal business purposes during your access period.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • copy, resell, sublicense or share access to the Products;

  • reverse engineer, scrape or attempt to bypass licence, payment or security controls;

  • upload data you have no right to process, or use the Products for any unlawful purpose.

6. Your data

You keep all rights to the data you upload. You are responsible for having the right to process it. How we handle personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

7. AI-generated results

The Products use automated analysis and AI to produce scores, explanations and recommendations. Results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review them before relying on them for business decisions.

8. Intellectual property

The Products, their design, software and content belong to QuantumData Consulting LLP. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership to you.

9. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Products available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update features to improve the Products.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access if you breach these Terms, misuse the Products or if fraud is suspected. No refund is due in these cases.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a Product is limited to the amount you paid for that Product in the 30 days before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

12. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Payments for QuantumData AI products are non-refundable once access has started, because the product is a digital service delivered instantly.

When we do refund

We refund the full amount in these cases:

  • You were charged more than once for the same purchase (duplicate payment).

  • Your payment succeeded but access was not activated, and we could not fix it within 2 working days of you contacting us.

  • The payment was made without authorisation and you report it promptly.

How to request a refund

  • Email info@quantumdataconsulting.in within 7 days of the payment.

  • Include your registered email address, the product name and the order or payment ID shown on your receipt.

  • We reply within 2 working days. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank or card provider.

Cancellation

  • Access is not renewed automatically, so there is no subscription to cancel. Your access simply ends on the end date shown on the product page.

  • You may stop using a product at any time. Unused days are not refunded.

  • If we suspend access because these Terms were breached, no refund is due.

Privacy Policy

QuantumData Consulting LLP collects only the personal data needed to provide our AI products, take payments and support you. This policy follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

  • Account details: name, email address, phone number and country, collected when you sign up.

  • Purchase details: product, amount, order and payment IDs, and payment status. Card and bank details are entered on our payment partners' pages and are never stored by us.

  • Usage details: licence dates, a device identifier and session records used to enforce one active device at a time.

  • Feedback you choose to submit through the product.

  • Data files you upload for analysis. For Data Quality AI Intelligence, uploaded files are processed in your browser and are not stored on our servers.

How we use it

  • To create and secure your account and verify your identity.

  • To process payments, activate access and show your access dates.

  • To enforce licence rules, including the one-device rule, and prevent fraud.

  • To respond to support requests and improve our products using feedback.

  • To send service messages about your purchase or access.

We do not sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

  • Microsoft (Azure hosting and Microsoft Entra ID sign-in).

  • Razorpay, Cashfree and PayPal, to process payments.

  • Authorities, where required by law.

These providers may process data outside India under their own security and privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep account and purchase records while your account is active and for as long as tax and accounting laws require. Session records are kept only as long as needed for security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing info@quantumdataconsulting.in. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.

Cookies and browser storage

We use your browser's storage to keep you signed in and to remember your device for the one-device rule. We do not use advertising cookies.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored on Microsoft Azure with access controls.

Children

Our products are for business users aged 18 and over.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

QuantumData AI products are delivered online as instant access; nothing is shipped physically.

  • Delivery method: access is activated on the product page as soon as your payment is verified, usually within a few minutes.

  • How to access: sign in on the product page (for example https://dataquality.quantumdataconsulting.in) with the account you used to pay. Your access start and end dates are shown there.

  • Delivery area: available worldwide, wherever our payment partners accept payments.

  • Shipping charges: none.

  • Delays: if access is not active within 24 hours of a successful payment, email info@quantumdataconsulting.in with your order or payment ID and we will fix it or refund you under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
